In Norton AntiVirus, I went to the REPORTS screen and tried to view the log file for QUARANTINED ITEMS. On the two machines where I had installed Microsoft AntiSpyware, I received a Norton Error Message that the Quarantined Area had become corrupted and that I needed to reinstall Norton AntiVirus.

If you're running NAV, can you please see if you can access your Quarantined Items?

Thanks!

Running NAV 2003 & have no issues accessing Quarantined
Items.

Running NAV 2003 with several items in quarantine that I can view just fine.
What version of NAV are you running?

.

Symantec have discontinued support for NAV 2003/2003.

You *may* attempt and uninstall - reinstall and see if that helps.
This is purely as suggestion - proceed at your own risk.

Sorry I could not help you further than this.

Silj
