Norton Antivirus installed - now some web pages will not work

Help desperate

I used to have norton anti virus installed but i acidentally let it lapse

when they notified me i paid for it to go back on

now i cant access for example my yahoo mail (i can log on to yahoo) or the
ebay site

i turned the norton off and still i cannot access my mail

I am with bt broadband
 
Well,antivirus softwares cannot prevent you from accessing your mali box.
The problem is somewhere else.

Norton Antivirus cannot block access to your Email account. If you have
Norton Personal Firewall installed, it can block access, but you can unblock
it.
