I only subscribed to it in the middle of September and it
is telling me that it as ran out on the 07/11/03.

I am using Windows XP.

I am having problems opening files on secure sites.

Can anyone helop PLEASE?

I am sure someone will answer your specific question. However, another
option is to uninstall Norton and replace it with AVG 6.0 from Grisoft. It
is a free download.

Hi Sandie, I don't know about Nortons 2004 you'll have to search their
knowledge base or contact them.

As regards the secure sites, here's some information for you to consider:

In Internet Explorer -
1. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
2. Scroll down to the Security Settings.
3. Make sure that the two boxes are checked that say
"Enable SSL 2" or "Enable SSL 3".
Try your secure sites.

Another thing you can try is:

Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
