Norton AntiVirus 2004

Has anyone installed Norton AntiVirus 2004 with Windows
2000? I keep getting a message (Norton AntiVirus
configuration is not complete. You must have Administrator
privileges to complete configuration using the Information
Wizard) when a user (other than Administrator) logs onto
the computer. I've called Symantec and they want to charge
me $29.95 to give me the answer. Thank you.
 
Presuming it works fine under administrator, temporarily grant users local
admin rights & then log in to see - take the rights away if it works. It
shouldn't require admin rights to *run*...perhaps just to install/configure
the first time.

I tried your suggestion and still got the error message,

so I uninstalled the program and re-installed it as the
user with administrator privileges. That got the error
message to go away and the program to run fine as the user
without admistrator privileges. Thanks for your help.
