I am using Outlook 2003 with NAV 2004 Pro. I don't get the popup from NAV that the OUTGOING message is being scanned. Is anyone else experiencing this and/or know how to fix it. I have set NAV to do this, but I cannot see the scanning outgoing message popup. Therefore, I don't know whether the messages are in fact being scanned.
Symantec, in my opinion, is just terrible with support. Can't reach anyone by phone
