Norton AntiSpam 2004 plug-in

Hi,
I have a client that use Symantec AntiSpam plug-in in Outlook 2003 (Norwegian).
His computer runs Windows XP Professional - Norwegian (SP1 and all updates and hotfixes).

Problem: After installing all updates for Office 2003; when starting Outlook 2003 an Runtime Error occours and want to disable the Symantec AntiSpam plug-in.

How do I solve this problem?
 
Renaming a file called msouplug.dll to something like msouplug.old should do
it, if I remember correctly this is a known issue and Symantec are aware but
no fix as yet. Keep an eye on Symantec website
