Try "right mouse clicking" on your norton anti virus icon
located on your system tray (bottom right hand corner)and
select properties/Disable. Load your program and then go
back to the icon "right mouse clicking" properties/Enable
to re-enable. Good luck.

It's more than likely just a default software
install "recommendation" and not a requirement. You should
be able to just to proceed with your software install
anyway - "AS LONG AS THE SOFTWARE IS LEGITIMATE AND FROM A
TRUSTED SOURCE!!!" If your'e unsure "DO NOT DISABLE YOUR
ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM" If the software is registered then it
should be safe to proceed.

Unless specifically asked by an installation program to disable your running
anti-virus, DO NOT DO IT.. and if you are asked, I would think twice about
installing whatever is suggesting this action..
