Hi All,
I was just wondering if it is all right to install the Microsoft
antiSpyware software on my machine without un-installing Norton Anti Virus
program which is now running?

Yes you can have both running at the same time.
 
Before installing Microsoft AntiSpyware, disable Norton AntiVirus or you
have some sort of conflict.
