Norton Anti Virus

I purchased Norton Anti Virus and for some reason it has
put an error pop up and I do not know how to correct the
error. At the end of downloading Norton Anti Virus,
there was a space to put in my product number. I did
not know what that ment and passed it us and now I am
getting this error. I need someone to call me @ 404 513
2533 and explain what to do. I have tried calling Norton
and all I get is the run around and phone promps I do not
understand. I need to talk with a representive from
Norton and them walk me thur this. I need help to get
this off my computer. Norton WEB SITES did not help me
at all. I do NOT want to go thru the web...I need to
talk to a person.. Because Norton took out of my visa
twice for the charge. I NEED A PERSON TO TALK WITH AT
NORTHON TO CALL ME OR SOMETHING. MICHROSOFT SHOULD HAVE
AN EASIER WAY TO GET AN UPDATE FOR VIRUS PROTECTION WITH
NORTON OR ANOTHER COMPANY. I never got a hard copy from
Norton in the mail on my action of purchase???WHY
