Norton Anti-Virus Conflict

MSN Anti-SpyWare keeps giving me an error message that
Norton Anti-Virus is not compatible, please reinstall
NAV. I have. I still get the message.

Anybody have a fix for this?

Which version of Norton AntiVirus is this? Try disabling Microsoft
AntiSpyware from notification area before attemping to reinstall Norton
AntiVirus.
