Norton Anti-Spam

As I see em!

I am getting heavy spam coming in all with the subject line "
=?UNKNOWN?B??= "

Norton cannot detect it because I cannot use symbols in the detection field
for the subject. Even if I use the look for "unknown" in the subject field,
it still does not detect it.

Any solutions, other than scrapping Norton.

Is any one else getting hit with this?
