Norton's ad blocker is preventing the banner on the top of my website from
displaying. Is there something I can do (aside from telling every user out
there to turn off ad blocker if they have it) so my entire webpage is
displayed?

Rename the banner and the folder(s) it is contained in, so that the words
ad, ads, advert, advertisment, or banner do not appear in the path or
filename. You may also have to resize the image, but try the renaming
first. There may be other names that ad blockers are sensitive to...

Don't use any folders or images that have the word "ad" in them
- rename them
