Windows Vista Norton 360

Hi bought norton 360 on line. It down loaded ok but won't install. Have followed all instructions but still will not install. Be gentle as i am not to bright when it comes to PC's

Are you the only user on this machine.? By which I mean do you have Admin rights to it.? What O/S are you running.?
