Norton 2005 & mass mailing virus

I was getting frustrated with Norton 2005 not being able to detect a mass
mailing virus on my PC.
After 2 weeks of trying every tool and advice Norton had, I downloaded a
free trial of F-Secure Anti Virus.
It found the virus right away and deleted it, it also found four other
infected files that Norton missed.
