Northwind developer samples

Help! My memory's going. I've just bought a new PC and have installed
Office 2000 on it. I used to have not only the NorthWind sample database
but also one based on NorthWind that contained examples of how to do all
manner of smart things with forms, reports and so on.

Is it on the Office 2000 disk or did I download it from Microsoft -- and if
so, where from? I can't find the damn thing anywhere.

Possibly the "Solutions.mdb".

There are also the "Form Samples" database and IIRC, the "Report Samples"
database but I don't have the links.
