Normal view problem

Why are the my fill colors all black in normal view but OK in slide sorter or
presentation view? Thans Mike Powell
 
Hi Mike

First thing I would do is check you have all the windows and office updates,
then check you have the latest driver for your video card from the
manufacturer's website. If that doesn't help, post back.

Either you're in View|Black and White, or you need to turn off High Contrast
in the Windows Control Panel Accessibility options.
 
Lucy, I have checked all these things and also tried toreload and repair
Office without success. Any other thoughts? Thanks for your help, regards Mike

Either you're in View|Black and White, or you need to turn off High Contrast
in the Windows Control Panel Accessibility options.

I know people being pedantic can be annoying but we've no way of knowing your
skill level! Are you sure you have view > color /greyscale set to color. As a
quick check press ALT + C?

John, view is set to color. The annoying thing is that in slide sorter or
presentation views I do not have the problem, only in normal view?? Any other
ideas, thanks for your help, Mike

Sorry that was my best guess. Setting view to greyscale doent affect the
slide sorter/slide pane or presentation - just edit view.

Echo, thanksI will try this as well. My problem is with simple text boxes
that I have color filled. In Normal they are black in slide sorter or slide
show they are fine, regards Mike
