Hi all,

just upgraded to win 2000 pro performed all neccessary
updates from microsoft site. Now when searching the
internet, I have to copy and paste shortcuts to open new
pages rather than just clicking on the hyperlink.

I read somewhere that there is a possibility of a driver
not being registerd???

any help would be appreciated.

best regards,

shane

You may be able to solve this problem by registering urlmon.dll. To properly register
it:

Quit all programs that are running. Click Start, click Run, type the following
command, and then click OK:

regsvr32 URLMON.DLL

When you receive the "DllRegisterServer URLMON.DLL succeeded." message, click OK.

And if that does not resolve the issue, see more solutions in these Microsoft
