We run a Windows 2003 domain with a windows 2000 member
server as our file server. We are not able to access any
of the shares on the 2000 server from NT 4.0 clients.
These same clients can access the 2003 server and any
other 2000 server/professional shares on the network.
2000 and XP clients can access the 2000 server shares
without a problem as can the server access all resources
on the network.
The server is running Win2K SP4 and Terminal services
(application mode with Pre-Windows 2000 option). I have
been on the phone to Microsoft Technical Support in London
for 5 hours without any success. If anyone has any ideas
then I'm all ears.
