non responsive error message

Hi everyone. I'm not very computer savvy, so please bear with me. A couple
of days ago I started experiencing the following problems and I don't know
how to solve.
when i turn on my computer I get a pop up window with a path of C:\Program
Files\Common. the folder is blank.

when i shut down I get eabservr.exe not responding.

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of these? As I said, I only just
started getting these. I've done a system restore but the problems persist.

microsoft excel. So on which e-mail address i can send my suggestion to
microsoft excel?
I am wandering in lots of pages but could not find because of lake of
