Non-Administrator running tools

Anyone who can help,

I have a problem.
I installed Windows XP Embedded Development tools and the Databases
needed to build on my local machine.... BUT, I can only run the tools as
Administrator. If I login normally using my restricted user account (I have
a tendency to trash my computer on occasion), I can't run the tools. The
Target Designer reports the error as "Target Designer cannot connect to the
component database at 'JAMES'. Please check your database connection. The
application cannot continue and will quit."

What can I do that will allow me to run the tools as the restricted user
on my machine?

Thanks,
James Kosin

Sounds like your restricted user doesn't have access to
the database - check the permissions on the database when
you're logged in as administrator.
As for trashing your machine a lot - Ghost or similar
could prevent a lot of hair-tearing *g*

Ok,

As a TEST, I gave myself Administrator rights and the application works...
What can I change so I don't have to give myself Administrator rights?

Thanks,
James Kosin
