I've downloaded the hotfix IRCOMM q252795 and when I run
it I keep getting an error messag: Sevice Pack version
installed is newer than the upgrade you are applying
to.it. You can only install this update on Service Pack 2.
Can someone please help.

It's part of SP3 and should be part of SP4 as SP's are cumulative.
