Noisy computer

My computer is getting really noisy. Could it be the fan and what can I do
to rid myself of this racket?
 
If it is the fan, best to fix it pronto. Open the case
with it running and see where noise is coming from. See
if wires or other is getting in fan blades. Secure out of
the way. If fan is noisy or slow and not hitting
anything, replace fan if CPU fan; replace whole power
supply if power supply fan. Good luck!

i had the same, get a small artists paintbrush clean

around fanto clear dust,then apply switch cleaner
sparingly,allow to dry,it will run quieter.
