Noise: Sapphire X800 Pro vs. msi FX 5900

last thing before I join the ATI club:

(just got myself the Antec 550 TRUE POWER PSU)

will the x800 Pro make less more or about equal noise than my "old"
5900?

uh ...if I may ask, will it also use less power? I know it uses less
powere than the FX 6800s, but not sure about comparison with the FX
5900, the specs aren't quite clear on that one ...
