NOD32 antivirus, "AMON" problem.

Hello,
I'm just installed NOD32 antivirus and I have a problem.
I have Pentium IV, Win XP and use Eudora 6.
When I enable "AMON", my Eudora, is slow, very slow.
It is very slow if I send the emails and if I make the check.
It sees Eudora has a conflict with NOD32.
If I enable AMON only.
In your opinion why have I this problem?
