NOD conflicts. Any solution?

I use an anonomizing service (www.anonymizer.com) and was using AVG
with no problem. Then I decided, based on others recommendations to
try the trial version of NOD32. Once that happened, my anonymizer
program would not work. Once I uninstalled the NOD32, everything is
all right. Is there a way around this or do I just have to go to
another virus program?

Thanks,
Miss BabyJane Hudson

Just what is it that didn't work? Was it some kind of error message you
got?

I don't know. When you say the program doesn't work, what exactly doesn't
happen? Any error messages?

I could not get the anonymizer engine to connect to the Internet. All
it would do was to try and log in, never being able to fully do so.
Even Anonymizer's tech department said there was a program conflict.
Apparently that was the case because once I deleted NOD32, the
Anonymizer engine worked.

Your thoughts?

What O/S is it that you have running on the machine? I have Anonymizer
running on XP and Win 2K machines and NOD32 is on both of them running
happly with it.

The only thing I can say on this is I don't know what the conflect could
be. You might try an email to NOD32 about the issue telling them about
your trial of the product and the problem. Maybe, there is a workaround
from their end.

Duane :)
