nochkclr.obj : warning LNK4099: PDB 'libc.pdb' was not found

Anybody knows how to get rid off this warning ? MSDN documentation says,
don't worry about this warning. Just ignore it.

But I don't want to see this warning.

When I compile a web service with this warning, web reference's in subsequent projects give this warning:

LINK : warning LNK4243: DLL containing objects compiled with /clr is not linked with /NOENTRY; image may not run correctly

I suspect they are related...
