NOAA Weather Service Loop Will Not Run?

have stopped working on this computer but work on all my others.
Always worked before but no idea what caused change.
Any Thoughts?

As it says at the bottom of the page...
"Java and Javascript must be enabled for looping."

Check the Java and Scripting settings for the Security Zone you access this
site with
(Tools > Internet Options > Security).

There is also a setting for Java in the "Advanced" section (if you have
Microsoft VM installed). Only "JIT compiler" is required.

Reset to custom - medium and it now works.
