NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATION problem

Hi
ive been getting a major page lockup,- a dark blue screen with black
stripes down it saying the following

"A problem has been detected & Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer

NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATION

If this your first time this has happened ------__ etc etc.

I've done a complete format & a fresh install of Xp ...I just installed
the bare bones ,so i could add software or hardware to see if this made
this error.. I have Avg anti vir 6.0 , yahoo msg 5.6 & software for my
Canon dig.Camera installed
Well low & behold it has done it again ,,,what is ,
no_more_IRP_stack_location?
any help please ,for a fix , bear in mind there is nothing new ,, has worked
well for over 8 months since my last format
I've searched Google without finding a lead to the 0x811cc6c0 part of the
error

I just did a search on google for
no_more_IRP_stack_location
and it brought up 16 hits.
I see one mentions NAV which is Norton Antivirus. I searched their site
symantec.com and found four results there. Two mention:
a computer that has a HighPoint 370 or 374 IDE controller, a Windows blue
screen appears with the error message NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS.

Does this apply to you ? If so, check it out.

Well things are going from bad to worse since i wrote the above while
downloading a 10mg file another blue screen........
