NO words on buttons

I have successfully published my Frontpage 2000 site,
except for the labels on the title bar and buttons. For
some reason the labels do not show up. I have asked the
host to reset my Frontpage extensions, and they told me
they don't have advanced extensions, whatever that means.
How do I get the labels to show up?
 
What are you seeing in place of the text, a black area, etc.?
What video card does you machine have, and have you recently run Windows
Update and select the option to update your drivers?

PS - Only the new FP2002 Link bars require the FP 2002 SE
The std nav view nav bars and banner do not require any FP SE
