I also seem to have the same problem, I'm running Windows Vista on a brand
new computer and after setting it up the mail program worked fine, then one
day last week I logged on and the mail program came up as normal, showing
'working online' in the bottom bar, but it neither sends or receives any of
the accounts set up, I have checked all the settings. I have set up a
standard account for my son to use and if I call that up then I can access
the mail program both up & download.
I don't get any error messages, the program just sits there looking nice but
doing nothing.
