no volume

HELP!!!! Everytime i click on my volume control it says there are no active
mixer devices available. I dont know what to do. If you have any answers
please help. I have no sound.

Beth, if your Computer came with a Software CD, look on it for a WinXP
Audio Driver. If there, reinstall it.
