No virus found with norton ,but my system is sending a lot messages by it self

I already scan my compiter with norton antivirus i have the virus
definitios file uptodate. when I run the FixSbigF.exe removal tool
from symantec it scratch (The memory could not be read).

I run the scan from the symantec secure site and no virus was fund.

I check the system manually, for the files that is created and check
the registry and nothing is there.

I need any advise, I am getting crazy with this.

How do you know that your "system is sending a lot messages by it self" ?
