No videos will run on my PC

I am running Win98 and WMPlayer v7. All of a sudden, when
I try to run video clips, I get the error message below.

WMPLAYER caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:b011ee47.

Can someone please tell me what this means, and - more
importantly - how I can eliminate it? Many thanks in
advance.
