No video on Motherboard

I got a k8n Neo ms-7030 motherboard that is booting with no video. I got it
back from MSI because of a bios issue. It looks like they gave me a new
board. It was working for me earlier. I only turned it on long enough to test
the mobo. I got everything together and when i turn the pc on, i got no
video. In fact, i tried booting the pc without a video card and i got no
error beeps or anything, so thats not good. I tested 2 video cards which are
good. Any Ideas?

Did you install the MB drivers, if any are required?

Parts needed to boot to POST...... RAM, Graphics Card, PSU, CPU with
heatsink and fan.
