No Version or details

Hi,
My Internet Explorer does not show a version when you click on
Help/About.... Is there a way to rebuild it? I have several other issues,
most likely related. When I go to Add/REmove programs, the Control Panel
window is blank.

Is there a fix?

Win ME on P3 600, 128 MB

You posted using OE6 SP1 so we might assume you also have IE6 SP1 installed.

Did you (attempt to) reinstall WinME after having upgraded to IE6 SP1?

Seems the problem is a little more widespread than the original post we saw
