Have windows XP Pro with SP3 on new computer. WMV files will not play. You
can hear the audio, but no video displays. Tried WMP Classic, WMP9 and WMP11.

WMV will not play either with Real Video.
Gigabyte MB, AMD64X2 processor, ATI Radeon 3450 Video card (all drivers were
updated)

Any ideas? Thanks!
