No URL Address Line

Wally

When I open Internet Explorer, it does not contain any
place where I can type the URL Address. I have obviously
clicked something I shouldn't have.

Try...
Right-click on your toolbar and uncheck "Lock the toolbars." Grab the
"handles" on the other toolbars and move them around- up & down as well as
sideways. The address bar should appear.
