In control panel - Power Options, I select a power scheme where the computer
should turn off the monitor after 1 minute. But the
monitor don't turn off after 1 minute of inactivity, I tried also to test to
see if it can go in standby after 1 minute but it didn't work. I thought that
maybe my PC had some process which make the computer active so I tested my
screen saver after 1 minute and the screen saver was enabled after 1 minute,
showing that my computer was not active when I don't touch it.
Can you help to make my power options working?

Only a moron would choose that short an interval... or someone so close
to being homeless that it was essential the he keep costs down to an
absolute minimum.

I can't. Maybe someone else can.

I didn't explain myself lol
I chose 1 minute to test if it works.
But once it works, I would set it to 15 minutes.

15 minutes is still moronic.

And I still can't help you with your problem.

first...if you screen turn on automatically after you press on bottom in the
tower you monitor support this option...But if you need to manually turn you
monitor on, this option will not work

only for test do de folowing

make sure in power schemes you select the type of computer(lapto or desk)
turn off monitor: set time(1 minute)
turn off hard drive: the same time as monitor(1minute)
system stand by: go more here than monitor and hard(5minutes)
go out with apply, then Ok... and test
