Hi, Thanks for the advice. I finally found their Tech Support and all I needed was some deep cleaning and now my printer works fine. Thanks for steering me in the right direction, and before anyone prepares to buy a new printer (Like I was) they should try deep cleaning of the nozzles first.--scarlett
