No System Explorers Downloaded

The systems explorer did not download to my computer
although the rest of the software did ???
 
This is a bug that a number of users are seeing. I don't have a fix,
although one respondent here stated that reinstalling DAO fixed this issue
for him. However, I can't tell you how to do that, where it lives, or even
what the letters stand for! (Data Access Object?)
