No system explorer tools?

I installed antispyware at work and the system explorer
tools are there. But when I installed it at home, the
System Explorer heading is there, but there are no tools
below. What's up?
 
Is the one you installed at home a different download
from the one installed at work? If so, your download may
have been corrupted and you will need to uninstall it and
download it again. If not, uninstall and reinstall again.
 
I've uninstalled, re-installed, re-downloaded, downloaded
again on a different computer, re-installed again, and
tried whistling dixie at the same time. Nothing works.
The only thing I have not tried is sacrificing a virgin.
