No suitable right to be granted !

What specific right should be granted to user can manage
printer to allow to change printer driver of using window
professional but cannot do change premission.I tried to
edit in advanced of Security tab but in vain.OR is there
any way to hide the security tab in printer properties of
using window professional.

Indeed,it is a network printer by sharing with everyone
print permission. In order to allow users to change
different printer driver they want i tried to give manage
printers right to them and it also bring change
permissions automatically. How to prevent them to have
change premissions? Actually the pro machine is using
network printer, if it's possible to hide the security tab
in printer properties?

If the Pro machine is not in a domain, Turn on Simple File Sharing in
explorer and the security tab will not be displayed
