When replying to or creating a new email click on Format at the top and then
tick Rich Text
HTML:
.

I already am in HTML format...automatically....I think it has something to do
with the contrast setting on my computer...but on Window's Vista, I cannot
find the Accessability Icon under the control panel!!! My other cp
(microsoft xp)had the same problem and that is what I did, with the high
contrast option off, and it worked.....

So now what!?!!? lol

You will find the High Contrast setting under Control Panel, Classic View,
Ease of Access Center.
