No splash screen on startup

When I start spyware program there is nothing in the bottom
portion of the screen. The top portion is there but
nothing in the light blue under the AntiSpyware Beta1
Banner. Any ideas.
 
Thats probably just a random glitch in the program when its starting up. I
have experienced this before, in such cases, Microsoft AntiSpyware takes
some time to startup, especially when you have lots of applications open. If
this persist, I would try a repair:
You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove Programs in Control
Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click Change. Click Next, and then
click Update.

Tried that still nothing. Runs scan finds problems but
when you click to fix takes you to the opening page and
nothing to click on the bottom.
 
I'd uninstall, delete the installation folder (\program files\Microsoft
Antispyware) and subfolders, and then reinstall. You will lose access to
any quarantined items and history and settings.

Let me know whether or not this works, I have another thought, but I think
this is more likely to be effective, so I'll hold off on the other thought
to see.
