No Sound

Thanks for writing. I have PowerPoint in my office package (2000 Premium). I downloaded the ppview97 as you suggested but the sound does not work. If the viewer does not work automatically using my PowerPoint 2000, how can I start the sound in my presentation using the viewer? The sound works fine if I don't use the viewer.

The cd's that I'm burning will be used on some computers that do not have PowerPoint (hence using the viewer) but I must have the sound. Any suggestions on how I can use the viewer and have the sound

My bad, should have read Sonia's response first.

Did you uninstall the 2003 viewer before installing the 97
viewer? I'd try uninstalling both and then installing
only the 97 viewer.
