No sound

First you make sure there is a cable from the drive to the sound card (a
thin one with a small connector).
 
Hi-has this problem occured after installing xp or during
using a version. If not then it is probably a volume
issue so go into control panel-sound devices and check
you don't have any mute boxes ticked or volume controls
down. If however you have just installed then you need
to update your sound device driver. Let me know if
that's the case and I'll tell you how
