no sound

hello guys,

ive recently bought a very nice set of 4:1 speakers, but
i have a problem. when i try to run them through my
soundcard in the back of my pc (audigy 2 platinum ex) i
get nothing. not a sausage, not even a cocktail sausage!
the only way i can use the speakers at the mo is through
my headphone jack in the patchbay. any ideas anyone?
 
The audigy has that problem, try disabling the connectors
bay in the front it might be conflicting with the
connectors in the back. Please tell me what happened.
