Since your sound is not working - I can only assume that is why you have
chosen to SHOUT AT US IN TEXT FORMAT?

Please do not use all all uppercase lettering in your posts. You'll notice
that most widely publicized documents do not use this format - and there are
several reasons behind this - some psycological, some practical. I suggest
not doing it just because it is easier to read if typed in a mix of upper
and lowercase and I feel as if the person on the other end thinks everything
they say is more important than anything else... (In other words - shouting
in a crowd.)

Obviously you have not "tried everything" - for if you had - you'd likely
have sound and not be here asking this.

Given what you have - the first thing I suggest trying is finding out what
sound card you have. Once you find that out - visit the hardware
manufacturers' website and download the latest sound card hardware driver
for the make/model of the sound card you have (and the Operating System you
run) and install it. Reboot.

If that does not resolve the issue - it is highly possible the sound card
itself has fried. If it is integrated into the motherboard (part of a
larger piece) you may have to just disable it in the system bios and buy a
new card to plug into some slot available on your computer. If it is not -
you should remove the defective card from the computer and replace it with
something else.
