NO SOUND

yea folks i now have no sound after installing
windows2000. i lost my windowsME do to puter problems and
had to load that one in. anyone that can hellp me out and
find out why i have no sound now. and i had my sound
working when i put 98 to check something
 
Assuming yr saying 'lost sound' after win2k installation.
Have you checked for win2k drivers for your hardware?
eg sound card, graphics etc
