I've checked through all posts relating to no sound, and I've tried
all suggestion. Still, I can't get it to work.

My presentation has some .WAV files embedded in it, but I can't get
them to play. They used to, but no longer. I've clicked on them,
I've double-clicked on them, I've deleted & re-inserted them, I can
play them from within Media Player. But, I just can't get them to
play within the presentation.

Any ideas?

TIA

Any chance you have upgraded to Media Player 11?

Austin,

It's actually Media Player 9 we have at work!

I would suggest downloading and reinstalling Windows Media Player. Although
PowerPoint doesn't use the Windows Media Player, re-installing it corrects
codec and association issues the majority of the time.

Sorry for the delay in replying.
